Whole 30 day 19
Headed out to sea world so we had quick omelets that Santos cooked up with spinach, bacon, sausage, and sweet mini peppers.
Lunch at the park was snacks that we had packed, Thai curry cashews, apples and almond butter, and carrots.
Dinner was “chili” I had put ground beef, sweet mini peppers, roasted red peppers, canned diced tomatoes, and sliced carrots in the slow cooker with chili powder, Cajun seasoning and s&p. it was delicious!
